Adventures with Adele: A Journey of Discovery

Yesterday and today were snow days !!❄❄❄ Yesterday, we made an awesome pillow fort, watched Ghostbusters👻👻, and drumroll please....... played in the snow!!  Unfortunately, the snow was not packing snow and it was too cold so we had to go inside after twenty minutes 😥😥. Today, we woke up at 6:40, thinking it was a school day until our dad said "Snow Day!" We were all so happy it was a snow day again!! We watched a movie called Pahuna and it was so funny! We had dumplings for lunch. It was so delicious and mouth-watering! 🤤🤤Then we went outside and me and Athan had a snowball fight! It was so much fun!! I really hope tomorrow we have a snow day!

Amelia's 1st birthday was on January 23rd. It was so much fun!! We got cupcakes from an awesome bakery! We all sang Happy Birthday and she was smiling so much. After we sang we were all looking at the cupcakes, wanting to eat them but we had to take pictures first. 😂😂 When all the pictures were over we all took one cupcake to eat.Yummy! My school is called Guiding Light Academy. I am in Gr.4. It is an amazing school and I have lots of friends! My teachers are great and the subjects they teach are very fun. 😊😊 The kids there are very nice and new kids get friends right away! My favorite subject is Math because it is always so fun when you do all the adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division. On Thursdays we have soccer and on Monday and Wednesday we have music. Sometimes we have a Read-a-thon or Math Week. My sister and brother go to school there too. School is so much fun!!

          Athan the maturing dude:  Athan is a very funny and nice gentleman. He is very creative and never complains about having four girls around him. He loves to read Harry Potter like me. Athan wakes up at around 6:40 and gets ready super fast. Even before Audrey wakes up! He loves to play on the phone though.😂😂 Athan is smart and very dramatic. Athan is a great brother!          Audrey the creative artist: Audrey is a very pretty girl who loves to wear dresses. She would wear them everyday if she could! Audrey is a creative girl who loves to draw pretty pictures of girls. She plays with hatchimals and Elsa toys. Her favorite movie is Frozen and loves princesses. She is very silly, sometimes shy, and very nice. She often plays with Athan, though he plays violent games.                         Hi! It's Adele! I'm writing this blog to let you know a bit about myself.                         I'm a nine year old girl who has 3 sisters and 1 brother. I live in Canada and I love to play piano, practice ballet and gymnastics, ski in the winter, swim, paint and knit! My favorite colours are lilac, blue and green. My birthday is on May 10th. The books I like to read are Harry Potter, Little House on The Prairie and Junie. B Jones. I go to Guiding Light Academy and my favorite subject is Math. Hi! It's Adele! Anne's birthday was full of fun and laughs. On Jan 8th we got an ice-cream cake topped with Frozen figurines! When she opened her present of a frozen wagon, her kitchen set, and Elsa bracelet she jumped up and down crazily. She looked like the happiest girl on earth! We sang a funny Happy Birthday song for her. Anne's birthday was awesome!!
