Predicting the Weather

Today's blog is a little post because I have exams this week. Wish me luck! Anyways, in this blog post you'll learn how to predict the weather judging by the clouds.

1. Cirrus

These may look like waves, but they are indeed clouds! The way they are makes them look like strands in the sky. Cirrus clouds are made out of ice crystals, so there might be a storm coming when you see them.

2. Stratus

Stratus clouds are gray, and they leave no doubt on what the weather is 🌧🌧🌧, don't be surprised when it starts to pour! 

3. Cumulus

The cumulus clouds are my favorite! Big puffs of white cotton candy....... though I don't think they're edible 😂😁😂. In a blue sky, you don't need to worry. They're a sign of good weather!

But, if the sky is grey, and they cluster together, they are called cumulonimbus (kew-moo-l-on-imbus). That means there's a storm coming, better suit up!
